RETURN/REFUND POLICY - Notification of intent to return purchase is to be made within FIVE (5) days of receipt of purchase, and purchaser must contact Avalon for a Return Authorization number. Unauthorized returns are not acceptable. Return shipment of item to Avalon is to be IMMEDIATE. Purchaser may specify refund or exchange for another item. The item is to be returned in clean, unused and unaltered condition in original manufacturer packaging, well packed and insured. All returned products are checked against manufacturer’s quality control before shipment to our customers, and we will not accept used, damaged, scratched, dented., etc. product(s) on any return. Any deviation will void the refund or exchange. Refund will not include postage or other shipping costs. ALL returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

SHIPPING & RELATED CHARGES - Items are shipped via UPS, unless otherwise noted or requested, and U.S. Mail to P.O. Box addresses. Shipping charges are based upon weight and value, and are automatically calculated through the website purchase and receipt process. Shipping charges are as follows:

$250.01 - $999.00 = $10.00
