RETURN/REFUND POLICY - Notification of intent to return purchase is to be made within five (5) days of receipt of purchase, and purchaser must contact Avalon for a Return Authorization number. Purchaser may specify refund, exchange for another item, or store credit for future purchase(s). The item is to be returned in clean and unaltered condition, well packaged and insured. All products are checked against manufacturer's quality control before shipment to our customers. We will not accept used, damaged, scratched, dented, etc. product(s). Any deviation will void the refund, exchange, or credit process. Refund will not include postage or other shipping costs. All returns subject to a 10% restocking fee.

SHIPPING & RELATED CHARGES - Items are shipped via UPS, unless otherwise noted or requested, and U.S. Mail to P.O. Box addresses. Shipping charges are based upon weight and value, and are automatically calculated through the website purchase and receipt process. Shipping charges are as follows:
