The Danitrio Brilliante fountain pens are completely hand-made. The acrylic resin barrels are drilled, turned, and shaped by hand on a lathe. The shell materials, mother-of-pearl, abalone and paua, are imported from the South Pacific and must be of the best quality in a size and thickness to accomodate the designs. Shell material is cut in design pattern, then ground and carved to fit the round barrels, and finished with hand polishing. All Brilliante pen designs of this collection are limited editions only.
